This song was originally a 3-minute acoustic song, but something possessed me to make it a hard rocker with a lead guitar part that goes on forever. It's an excellent listen when you're driving down the expressway for hours. 
It was originally going to be called the "alternate universe" version, but after i expanded it from the 6-minute scratch-tracks version (which you will never get to listen to, because i sing like utter crap on it), i thought "extended universe" sounded cooler. ^_-
