You've got a great sense of irony and for dealing with the rough parts of life with a little bit of a smile.
Tylenol junkie - - - great line.
Sometimes the syllables are a bit forced.
The voice/speed trick took me so much by surprise (the first time through) that I literally jumped out of my seat. The panning there was also real effective. It felt like the machine had walked into the room and was standing next to me. (I think that I have to go change my now. You've got to be more gentle with us 's. ).
For my poor little ears this still needs some polish here and there (some work on the flow of the lyrics, sometimes the breaks between verses are too long - at least for my attention span ) but the foundation of the song is a good one.

What? I commented on this one last January??? Actually now that I'm listening I remember the rockin' guitar & the very cool song. Yep I dig it. Thanks Ashleigh! The vocals at 3:54 sent me somewhere else I say.
